高校体育学硕士研究生综合素质评价指标体系的理论构建

摘　　要：阐释了构建高校体育学硕士研究生综合素质评价指标体系的重要意义,描述了国内外高校体育学硕士研究生综合素质评价工作的研究现状;在遵循科学性、全面性、针对性、务实性和激励性等原则的基础上,提出以思想道德素质、学术科研素质、社会实践素质、专业竞赛素质、创新素质与身心素质6个维度作为二级评价指标,对其进行分解和剖析,获取对应的三、四级测评指标,从而得出高校体育学硕士研究生综合素质评价指标体系;最后,提出了高校体育学硕士研究生综合素质评价工作的实施要点,如体育学硕士研究生综合素质测评工作需制度化、常态化及规范化,建立预警机制和通报机制等。The paper discusses the significance of constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of P.E. graduates and analyses the current P. E. graduate cultivation in China and abroad. The qualities of ethics,academic research,social practice,academic competition,creativity and physical and mental health should be the second level assessment indexes and the third and fourth level indexes are from the second level indexes and then the evaluation index system is formed. The paper points out the key points of the evaluation of P.E. graduate qualities in the way of front,middle and back,such as establishing the alarming and notification mechanism.
