摘 要:目的分析铜兰蛋白在不同神经系统疾病发展过程中的血清含量,探讨其作为评估脑细胞受损指标之一的临床意义。方法使用免疫比浊法检测126例震颤患者、39例帕金森患者、94例不自主运动患者、42例阿尔茨海默症患者、61例健康体检者(健康对照组)的血清铜兰蛋白含量,分析健康体检者与神经系统疾病患者血清铜兰蛋白检测结果的差异,以及不同神经系统疾病间患者血清铜兰蛋白检测结果的差异。结果各种神经系统疾病铜兰蛋白的检测结果显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿尔茨海默症组铜兰蛋白的检测结果明显高于震颤组、帕金森组和不自主运动组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);震颤组和帕金森组患者铜兰蛋白的检测结果的分布范围基本一致(P>0.05);震颤组和帕金森组患者铜兰蛋白的检测结果明显低于不自主运动组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测定血清铜兰蛋白对不同神经系统疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床应用价值,血清铜兰蛋白水平可以作为评估脑细胞受损的一项临床指标。Objective To analyze the serum ceruloplasmin levels in the development of nervous system disease, and explore its clinical significance as one of assess brain damage index. Methods Immune turbidimetric method was used to detected the serum ceruloplasmin of the tremors 126 cases, Parkinson's 39 cases, involuntary movement group 94 cases, alzheimer's disease 42 cases and health control group 61 cases. Results The test results of ceruloplasmin in the nervous system diseases was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls (P〈0.01). The test results of ceruloplasmin in Alzheimer's disease was higher than that in tremors, Parkinson's and involuntary movement group (P〈0.05). The test results of ceruloplasmin in tremors was similar to Parkinson's group (P〉0.05). The test results of ceruloplasmin in tremors and Parkinson's were lower than that in involuntary movement group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Serum ceruloplasmin could be an important index for different nervous system diseases such as tremors, Parkinson's, involuntary movement group, and Alzheimer's disease. Ceruloplasmin could be used as a clinical marker to evaluate brain damaged.
