摘 要:目的探讨8S在护理实训室管理中的应用效果。方法以护理学基础实训课为例,将2015级本科班2个班作为试验组,2014级本科班全部学生作为对照组,试验组采用8S进行规范化、流程化管理;对照组采用传统管理方法。比较两组在准备实训用物所需时间、物品使用相关问题和课后环境整理相关问题的发生率。结果干预后,试验组准备实训用物所用时间较对照组缩短(P<0.001),物品使用相关问题发生率(χ2=15.006,P<0.001)和课后环境整理相关问题发生率(χ2=10.670,P<0.001)较对照组下降。结论依据8S进行护理实训室管理,可缩短实训用物准备时间、减少物品使用相关问题和课后环境整理相关问题的发生率,提高工作效率。Objective To explore the effects of 8S concept used in the management of nursing training room. Methods The study was conducted in the course of Fundamental Nursing. Two classes of grade 2015 were as- signed to the experimental group and 8S concept was used in this group,while all students of grade 2014 were treated as the control group and traditional management method was used in this group. Time used in preparing the items,problems related to items usage and items tiding up after the training were compared between the two groups. Results Time of preparing essential items in the two groups was significantly different(P〈0.001). Incidence of items related problems(χ2=15.006,P〈0.001)and environment related issues(χ2=10.670,P〈0.001)in the two groups were also significantly different. Conclusion 8S concept can shorten the time of preparing the items,reduce the incidence of items related problems and environment related issues. It can improve the working efficiency.
