摘 要:目的了解护理本科生对临床护理教学软环境的评价,分析主要影响因素,为改善医院临床护理教学软环境建设提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,以大连市2所护理高等院校326名护理本科实习生为研究对象,使用临床护理教学软环境问卷进行调查,并对其中14名护理学生进行半结构式访谈。结果学生对临床护理教学软环境评价总分为(4.17±0.80)分。访谈结果共提炼4个主题:教学观念、教学评价体系需进一步更新完善;工作环境和谐融洽,但临床实践机会不足;教师业务能力强,但教学水平还需进一步提高;教学内容和方法较局限,学习效果不理想。结论护理本科生对目前临床护理教学软环境评价比较满意,但仍存在不足之处,管理者应针对现存问题采取有效的管理对策,营造良好的临床护理教学软环境,进一步提高教学质量。Objective To investigate the nursing undergraduates' evaluation of current soft environment of clinical teaching,and to analyze its main influencing factors. Methods By using purposive sarnpling,326 undergraduate nursing students from 2 nursing colleges in Dalian were surveyed with a questionnaire of clinical teaching soft environment. Besides, 14 undergraduate students were interviewed with the semi-structure questions. Results The average score of questionnaire survey was 4.17±0.80. Four themes emerged from the interview data including the outdated teaching concept and evaluation system;insufficient clinical practice;teaching level needs to be improved;and unsatisfactory teaching effects. Conclusion Though students were satisfied with the clinical nursing teaching soft environment,there were still some shortcomings. It is necessary to take effective measures to create a favorable clinical nursing teaching soft environment and ensure the quality of teaching.
