摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出"建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,必须把教育事业放在优先位置,加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育。加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍,倡导全社会尊师重教。"高度重视并认真分析高校师德建设的现实状况及存在的问题,探讨社会主义核心价值观在师德建设方面的引领机制显得极其重要。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that ＂Building a powerful nation for education is a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Education must be given priority to speed up the modernization of education and provide better education for the general public. Building and cultivating high-quality teachers and advocating the whole society to respect teachers.＂ Paying high attention to and carefully scientifically analyzing the realistic condition of the construction of teachers＇ morality in colleges and universities and the problems, and exploring the lead mechanism of socialist core values for teachers＇ morality in colleges and universities is very important.
