摘 要:针对后围加强板在成形过程中易出现破裂和起皱等问题,采用田口试验法,建立后围加强板最大减薄率和最大增厚率与冲压速度、压边力、模具间隙、摩擦系数和拉延筋阻力系数的五因素四水平田口试验,通过有限元分析软件Dynaform对16组试验进行模拟分析,结果表明压边力对后围加强板成形的减薄率和增厚率贡献最大。利用Design-Exprt软件对田口试验结果进行多目标优化,将最优工艺参数组合在Dynaform中模拟验证。结果表明多目标优化结果与验证结果接近,优化方法效果明显,可为模具设计和生产提供借鉴。Aiming at the problems of rupture and wrinkling during the forming process of the rear reinforce- ment plate, thefive-factor & four-level Taguchi test of maximum thinning rate &maximum thickening rate of the plate and stamping speed, blank holder force, die gap, friction coefficient and drawbead resistance coef- ficient has been established. By use of finite element analysis software Dynaform, the simulation analysis has been conductedto 16 groups of test. The results show that the blank holder force contributes the most to the thinning rate and the thickening rate of the rear reinforcement plate forming process. The Design-Exprt soft- ware has been adopted to carry out multi-objective optimization to the results of orthogonal test, and the optimal combination of process parameters has been verified in Dynaform simulation.The results show that the multi-objective optimization results which have obvious effect are close to the verification results. It can provide reference for die design and manufacture.
