摘 要:对不同截留分子量的卷式有机膜对甜菜制糖工艺中的二清汁进行过滤处理并评估其应用可行性。结果表明,分子截留率在400Da的S3F27膜在实验体系中对蔗糖的截留率最高,达到99.4%,与非糖成分的分离因子达到21.9,是本体系纯化蔗糖的最优选择;通过纳滤技术的应用,可使二清汁锤度和糖度各提高5~7个百分点,同时纯度提高1~3个百分点。纳滤浓缩比可达0.6,即通过纳滤处理可直接将二清汁中40%的水分除去,对二清汁的蒸发浓缩具有重要意义。此外,对纳滤技术在制糖工业中的产业化应用进行了可行性探讨。The application of nano-filtration membrane in the clarification process of beet sugar was investigated. The results indicated that the molecular weight cut-off of 400 Da for S3F27 membrane was as high as 99.4% with the separation factor of 21.9, where water and non'sugar compounds could be effectively separated from the thin juice. The increasing rate is 5% - 7% in Brix and percentage of sucrose, and 1% - 3% in purity for the thin juice by using nano-filtration technique. Concentration rate of the selected membrane was up to 0.6, meaning around 40% of water removed during the processing of the juice, which has great potential in saving energy for the subsequent evaporation. The feasibility of applying nano-fihration technology in sugar industry was also discussed.
