摘　　要：职业教育是现代教育重要组成部分,职业教育发展要求高校培养与市场需求紧密结合的专业人才。但是,在职业教育中,由于从高中到大学环境的改变,使得部分学生的专业学习不适应,进而影响专业学习的积极性和主动性。因此,必须对学生进行全方位、全过程、全员的专业引导教育。Vocational education is one important part of the modern education,whose development requires the university train professional talents qualified for the market. However,in today＇s vocational education,most students don＇t adapt to their professional learning because of the change of the environment from the high school to the university,which affects their learning enthusiasm and initiative. Therefore,it is necessary to implement a comprehensive,full process and full professional guidance for students.
