摘　　要：企业对用人提出了更高的要求,不断向追求卓越的方向发展。合理定位人才培养方向和准确选择就业市场,成为高校避开就业总量压力和解决结构性矛盾并存造成的就业困难的有效办法。吉林化工学院作为化工行业特色鲜明的地方本科学校,近年来始终坚持强化行业工程人才培养特色,强调工程实践能力和创新精神培养,大力培养现代工程师后备人才,并立足于行业企业和经济发展需要,精确选择就业市场,推动了毕业生的高质量就业。The enterprises' requirements for employees become higher than before in order to develop well.For universities and colleges,reasonable positioning of talent cultivation direction and accurate selection of job market are effective ways to avoid the employment pressure and solve the problems caused by employment structures.In recent years,Jilin institute of Chemical Technology,as a distinct local undergraduate school in chemical industry,were insisting on strengthening the training characteristics of engineering talents,emphasizing engineering practical ability and innovative spirit training,cultivating modern engineers,and selecting the job market according to the enterprises' needs and economic development.In the end,the graduates' high-quality employment was promoted.
