摘　　要：文章根据物流管理专业实践教学面临的问题,提出了完善创新实践课程体系,激发学生自主学习,鼓励学生参加大学生创业竞赛活动,扶持自主创业,从而提高学生的创新实践能力,解决人才培养与社会需求对接的问题,满足社会对应用创新型人才的需求。According to the problems of logistics managementprofessional practical teaching, put forward the perfectin novation practice curriculum system, stimulates tudents＇ autonomouslearning, encourage students to participate in college students＇entrepreneur ship competition activities, support their ownbusinesses, so as to improve the students＇ ability of innovationpractice, solve the problem of talent training and social demand docking, meet the social demand for the application ofinnovative talents.
