摘　　要：工科类专业学位硕士培养存在角色定位边缘化、培养过程同质化、社会认同度不高等困境。反映知识资本向创业活动演变趋势的学术创业理念提出,对工科类专业学位硕士培养提供了分析框架,并借以阐述学术创业导向的工科类专业学位硕士培养实践。The training of master of degree in engineering majors is characterized by the marginalization of roles,the homogenization of training process and the low degree of social identity. This paper describes the knowledge capital to entrepreneurial activity the evolution trend of academic entrepreneurship concept,provides a framework for analysis of engineering professional degree training,practice training of engineering professional master degree from the academic and entrepreneurial orientation.
