摘　　要：本文以德国功能翻译理论为理论框架,主要探讨当前洛阳旅游文本英译中存在的翻译失误,并提出相应的翻译策略,以期提高洛阳旅游文本英译质量,以洛阳为窗口更好地向世界传播中国文明。This paper applies the functionalist translation theory as the theoretical framework,mainly discusses the translation errors existing in the English translation of Luoyang tourism texts,and put forward the corresponding translation strategies,in order to improve the quality of English translation of Luoyang tourism texts. Luoyang is a window to better spread Chinese civilization to the world.
