摘 要:美国社会科协会(NCSS)是主导美国社会科教育发展的专业协会。2017年,《社会科教师培养的国家标准》颁布。这是继2002年社会科教师国家标准的系列文件后,又一次针对社会科教师颁布的标准。新标准以社会科课程标准为依据,阐述了内容知识、内容应用、教学和评估的设计与实施、社会科学习者与学习以及专业责任和知情行动五个原则。新标准对社会科教师在专业知识、专业能力及专业态度与行为几方面的要求,进一步揭示了美国社会科教师标准新的特征与发展动态。National Council for Social Studies(NCSS)is the professional associationthat dominates the development of social studies education in the United States. "NationalStandards for the Preparation of Social Studies Teachers" were issued in 2017. These arethe standards for social studies teachers following a series of documents on national stan-dards of social studies teachers in 2002. The new standards are based on social studies cur-riculum standards. It expounds five principles which are content knowledge,content appli-cation,design and implementation of instruction and assessment,social studies learnersand learning,and professional responsibilities and informed action. The requirements of so-cial studies teachers in professional knowledge,professional abilities and professional atti-tude and behaviors are further revealed the new characteristics and development trends ofAmerican national standards of social studies teachers.
