摘  要:以培养高职院校青年教师的"双师素质"为切入点,阐述高职院校建设"双师型"教师队伍建设过程中青年教师培养的必要性。通过某高职院校数据调研,对高职院校青年教师队伍的现状及存在的问题进行深入系统地分析,从多个层面提出青年教师双师素质培养的具体途径和有效措施。With how to train young teacher's"double quality"in higher vocational colleges as the starting point, this paper explains the necessity of training young teachers in the construction of "double quality teachers" in higher vocational colleges. Through data research of a higher vocational college, the present situation and existing problems of young teacher troop in higher vocational colleges are analyzed deeply and systematically. The specific ways and effective measures of training young teachers in the construction of "double quality teachers" are discussed from multiple levels.
