摘 要:为了分析近红外吸收喷墨油墨的防伪性能,利用配方设计原理制备了综合性能优良的水性近红外喷墨油墨,并用爱普生K100喷墨印刷机打印印刷样张,用FDD-500近红外光源测试油墨防伪效果。实验结果表明,溶剂对近红外吸收喷墨油墨染料的溶解性和表面张力等方面的性能有影响,树脂是决定体系黏度的关键因素,红外吸收染料的含量直接影响红外吸收强度的大小。本实验所研制的油墨具备良好的喷墨性能和防伪效果。In order to analyze the anti-counterfeiting performance of near-infrared absorption inkjet ink, we use the formula design principle to prepare water-based near-infrared inkjet ink with excellent comprehensive properties, use EPSON K100 inkjet printer to print proofs and use FDD-500 near-infrared light to test anti-counterfeiting effect of the ink. The experimental results show that the solvent has influence on the solubility and surface tension of the near-infrared absorption inkjet ink dye. Resin is the key factor to determine the viscosity of the system. And the content of infrared absorption dyes directly affects the intensity of infrared absorption. The ink developed in this experiment has good inkjet performance and anti-counterfeiting effect.
