摘 要:基于真实案例的侦查讯问模拟实训教学具有创新性、真实性、启发性、参与性、趣味性和实效性的特点。这种实训教学方法需要对侦查讯问理论教学内容进行重构,并突出模拟讯问实践操作环节。在教学操作流程上,首先要精选能体现侦查讯问要点的真实案例,并以案例为基础分配侦查讯问角色,制定讯问计划,实施讯问过程。这种教学的考核办法应突出对学生侦查讯问实践操作能力的评价,并探索和完善相应的考核指标和具体标准。Investigative interrogation simulated training, based on the real case, has the characteristics of innovation, authenticity, elicitation, participation, interest and effectiveness. This kind of practical teaching method needs to reconstruct the teaching contents of the investigative and interrogation theory, and strengthen the practical operation link of simulated interrogation. In the process of teaching operation, we should select the real cases that reflect the main points of investigative interrogation, and then we will assign investigative interrogation roles based on the case, make the interrogation plan, and carry out the interrogation process. Assessment methods of this teaching should stress the evaluation of students' practical ability in investigative interrogation, explore and improve the corresponding assessment indicators and specific standards.
