应用型本科高校创新创业教育存在问题及对策

摘　　要：创新驱动已成为当前我国经济转型和社会发展的主题,而创新的本质因素是人才培养问题。在向应用型转型中,当前应用型本科高校创新创业教育人才培养存在对创新创业教育的认识不够、创新创业教育师资薄弱、创新创业教育与专业教育结合不紧密、创新创业教育实践训练不足等问题,必须转变思想,结合国家政策和当地需求,正确认识创新创业教育,加强创新创业教育师资队伍建设,促进创业教育与专业教育深度融合,推进产学研合作教育。Being innovation-driven has become the theme of economic transformation and social development in our country,whose essential factor is talent cultivation. Local colleges and universities, according to the application-oriented university, innovation and entrepreneurship education is not enough, teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education is weak,innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education combination,innovation and entrepreneurship education practice training is not enough,must change the thought,combined with the national and local policies needs correct understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,strengthen the construction of teachers ' innovation and entrepreneurship education,to promote the integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education in depth,promote cooperative education.
