新媒体时代下医学研究生培养管理工作的特点及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨新媒体工具在医学研究生教育(培养、管理)中的作用,以便在新形势下给研究生教育工作使用新媒体工具调整方向。方法采取问卷调查的形式,从使用基本情况、目的、关注内容、对新媒体工具的评价等方面调查、分析医学研究生使用新媒体工具的现状。结果86.0%的学生选择使用微信,关注就业信息趋势明显;87.4%的学生肯定了新媒体在医学研究生培养和管理工作中的作用。结论新媒体在医学研究生培养和管理中应用广泛,但目前并未完全发挥其独特的作用,面临新时期的挑战,提升空间较大。Objective To explore the role of new media tools in medical graduate education(including training and management)so as to adjust the direction for medical graduate education in using new media tools under the new situation.Methods The questionnaire-based survey was carried out among students of Hebei Medical University.We analyzed the status quo of medical graduates' using of new media tools regarding the basic usage,purpose,focus of attention and evaluation of them.Results A great majority of the students(86.0%)use WeChat and show a clear interest employment information.Most of them(87.4%)admit the value of new media in medical graduates' training and management.Conclusion New media tools are widely used in medical graduates' training and management,but they have not fully played their unique role.Facing new challenges,there is much space for improvement.
