摘 要:在公共治理的视域下,构建中国教师教育现代化评价指标体系框架主要依赖于利益相关方面对"现代化"与"专业化"的内涵及其关联的正确理解。当下,多方证据表明中国教师职业专业化发展呈现出困局之态,而中国教师教育现代化发展迫切需要加快其进程。基于此,建构以"人"为核心层、以"资源—管理"为支持层、以"开放—协作—信息"为特色层,突出候选教师和教师教育者专业化发展和自主创新的指标体系框架已势在必行。In the perspective of public governance, to construct the evaluation framework and its index system for the modernization of China' s teacher education mainly depends on the correct understanding of the connotation and relevance of "modernization" and "professionalization" among the stakeholders. At present, there is evidence to show that teachers' professional development in China is in a dilemma, and we need to speed up the process of the modernization of teacher education. On account of this, it is necessary to construct the "three-layer-and-two-dimension" framework of index system which takes "human" as the core layer, "resource-management" as the supporting layer, "opening-cooperation-informatization" as the featured layer, and focuses on the candidate teachers and teacher educators and their intrinsic motivated professional development and independent innovation.
