摘 要:采用电动增压器与废气涡轮增压器并联联合工作原理,设计一套电动增压系统,以解决柴油增压技术存在的低转速下急加速冒黑烟和扭矩不足的问题.同时,基于工况划分研制控制策略,运用模糊控制方法实现对电动增压系统的精准控制,改善发动机综合性能.试验结果表明:电动增压系统性能可靠,在低转速中、高负荷时,电动增压系统柴油机最多能降低发动机45%的排气烟度和40%的NOx排放,提高发动机6.7%的输出扭矩,降低14.3%的燃油消耗量.Turbo technology is an important mean to improve the whole performance of the diesel engine,this technology has become a current research hot spot. But under low speed condition diesel turbo technology will have dark smoke when it accelerate and the problem of insufficient torque. To solve the above problems,this paper designed the electric supercharging system,adopt this scheme that electric supercharger and exhaust gas turbocharger joint work in parallel. At the same time,make the control strategy based on the condition of dividing,and use the fuzzy control method to realize the precise control of the electric supercharging system,improve the comprehensive performance of the engine. The results showed that the electric supercharging system has reliable performance,in the low speed,medium and high load,the electric system can reduce the engine up to 45% of diesel engine exhaust smoke and 40% of NOxemissions,and improve the output torque of 6.7% and lower 14.3%fuel consumption.
