摘 要:目的:规范新聘护士的入科教育,提高新聘护士的临床适应和服务能力。方法:做好科室环境和人员介绍,加强规章制度、思想道德教育;根据其学历、工作经历不同选择合适的带教老师和教育形式及内容。结果:带教老师反馈新聘护士工作的主动性、胜任工作的能力较前大幅度提高。满意度调查表明,满意度由原来的89%提高到96%。耐心细致入科教育可使新聘护士很快消除陌生、恐惧感,快速适应临床环境,积极投入到临床工作中去。结论:系统而规范地入科教育能使新聘护士提高综合素质,为患儿提供更好地优质的专业化的护理服务。Objective:To standardize the admission education of newly recruited nurses, and improve their clinical adaptability and service ability of newly recruited nurses.Methods:To introduce the environment, personnel, rules and regulations of the department, and carry out ideological and moral education. According to the different degree of education and work experience, choose the appropriate teacher and The right form and content of education.Results:Through the feedback of trainer, newly nurses greatly improved their initiative and competent ability of working, and through the schedule of satisfaction survey, the satisfaction rate increased from 89% to 89%.
