高职护生学习倦怠状况及与积极心理资本的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:了解高职护生学习倦怠现状,探索其与积极心理资本之间的关系。方法:运用大学生学习倦怠量表和积极心理资本问卷进行测查。结果:高职护生学习倦怠总体低于中等水平;学习倦怠在人口学变量上存在不同程度的差异;积极心理资本和学习倦怠呈现显著负相关。结论:高职护生积极心理资本对学习倦怠有重要的影响,应鼓励其发挥积极心理资本优势。Objective：To investigate the status of higher vocational nursing students＇learning burnout, and to explore the relationship between it and Positive Psychological Capital. Method：using College Students＇ learning burnout scale and positive psychological capital questionnaire to 627 nursing students in a certain area. Result：the learning burnout of vocational nursing students was lower than the Medium level. There are significant differences in demographic variables;Students＇ positive psychological capital and learning burnout has a significant negative correlation. Conclusion： the positive psychological capital has an important influence on learning burnout, and they should be encouraged to play a positive psychological capital advantage.
