摘 要:目的:了解高职护生学习倦怠现状,探索其与积极心理资本之间的关系。方法:运用大学生学习倦怠量表和积极心理资本问卷进行测查。结果:高职护生学习倦怠总体低于中等水平;学习倦怠在人口学变量上存在不同程度的差异;积极心理资本和学习倦怠呈现显著负相关。结论:高职护生积极心理资本对学习倦怠有重要的影响,应鼓励其发挥积极心理资本优势。Objective:To investigate the status of higher vocational nursing students'learning burnout, and to explore the relationship between it and Positive Psychological Capital. Method:using College Students' learning burnout scale and positive psychological capital questionnaire to 627 nursing students in a certain area. Result:the learning burnout of vocational nursing students was lower than the Medium level. There are significant differences in demographic variables;Students' positive psychological capital and learning burnout has a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: the positive psychological capital has an important influence on learning burnout, and they should be encouraged to play a positive psychological capital advantage.
