我院住院医师规范化培训满意度调查及整改措施

摘　　要：目的:对住培医师进行满意度调查,以便更好地开展培训工作,服务临床。方法:采用自主设计的调查问卷,对我院的住培医师进行满意度调查。结果:住培医师对基地医院的总体满意度较高,绝大多数住培医师对医院培训较满意,部分医师认为技能操作及科室带教应进一步加强。69.9%住培医师对培训期间工资待遇不满意。大部分住培医师对食宿不满意。结论:基地医院管理仍需加强,科室带教,培训内容,经济待遇及生活条件等方面有待改善。Objective： We made the residency standardized training survey to find out the satisfaction of residents. Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the residents＇ satisfaction to base hospital. Results： The degree of satisfaction to the basement hospital is 87. 2%. However, a part of residents thought the department should more expand and deepen the training content. Some were not satisfied with their income. The majority of residents felt their living condition was terrible. Conclusion： Basement management, faculty doctor, training cantent,trainees＇ payment and living condition need to be improved.
