摘 要:通过三种教学法比较,旨在提升教师素质,实现医学本科生理论教学与临床实践的有机衔接。方法:选取2011届临床一系6个班182人作为研究对象,分别给予传统、TBL及workshop教学法。结果:workshop与TBL教学法均优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论:TBL及workshop教学法有利于提升教师综合素质,提高学生学习兴趣与效率,提升团队合作精神。Objectives: To improve comprehensive qualities of instructors, educate undergraduates of clinical medicine and realize the firm connection through three teaching model. Methods:We selected 182 undergraduates of 2011 session from NO. 1 clinic medical college of Shanxi Medical University were received traditional teaching model, TBL teaching model and workshop teaching model respectively. Resuhs:TBL and workshop teaching models are superior to traditional teaching model ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:TBL and workshop teaching models arc not only propitious to elevate the qualities of instructors but also to promote enthusiasm, efficiency of study for postgraduates, especially the abilities of the spirit of team work.
