摘 要:通过添加0.001 3%以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、酵母菌和放线菌为主要成分的新型微生物菌剂复合蕹菜浮床处理,研究不同程度富营养化污染水体的氮、磷浓度变化。结果表明,微生物菌剂复合植物浮床系统有良好的去除氮、磷修复水体的能力,且磷浓度1 mg/L组去除磷的效果最好,总氮浓度2 mg/L组去除氮元素的效果最好。磷浓度达到2 mg/L以上、总氮浓度达到10 mg/L以上,浮床菌剂的净化能力受到削弱。浮床-菌剂系统对水体总磷的净去除率达到43.9%~73.4%,总氮、硝酸盐氮、氨氮的净去除率分别达到26.8%~51.2%、16.5%~44.6%、11.3%~23.3%,明显高于单纯浮床处理的效果。Adding 0.001 3% of microorganism mainly consist of Bacillus subtilis ,yeast and actinomycetes,working with water spinach floating beds,the changes of phosphorus and nitrogen level in different eutrophication degrees were studied. The results showed the plant-microorganism system had good phosphorus and nitrogen removal capacity. Phosphorus removal effect was best when phosphorus concentration reached 1 mg/L,meanwhile nitrogen removal effect was best when total nitrogen con- centration reached 2 mg/L. When phosphorus concentration reached 2 mg/L and above,and the concentration of total nitrogen reached 10 mg/L and above,the purification ability of floating bed-microorganism system would be weakened. The system removed 43.9%-73.4% of total phosphorus,26.8%-51.2% of total nitrogen,16.5%-44.6% of nitrate nitrogen,and 11.3%-23.3% of ammonia nitrogen,significantly higher than the purely floating bed processing effects.
