新建地方院校校企合作信任机制的缺失、成因及对策研究

摘　　要：校企合作是新建地方院校转型发展的重要途径,是高水平应用型人才培养的必要举措。然而,新建地方本科院校在参与地方企业互动中,教师对自身能力缺乏信任、地方院校对教师缺乏信任、地方企业对地方院校缺乏信任等,致使校企合作规模小、层次低,缺乏深度。校企间需要利益相关者进一步明确各自的权、责、利,义,政府完善制度体系建设、企业树立服务意识及地方院校立足市场发展需要办学,有意识地培养之间的相互信任,共同努力、协调发展。The cooperation between the new local universities and enterprise is an important way of transtormation and development forthe new local universities and is essential for the training of high level applied students. However, in the cooperation between the new local universities and the local enterprise, teachers＇ lack of trust in their own abilities, local universities＇ lack of trust in their teachers and local enterprise＇ s lack of trust in local universities result into the small scale and low level cooperation. In order promote the mutual trust, joint eforts and coordinate development, the new local university and enterprise need lo clarify their respective rights, responsibilities and interests, the government needs to improve rules and system establishment; the enterprise develop awareness of service and the local university running should be based on the market demand.
