摘  要:以Choriogenin H-green fluorescent protein(Chg H-GFP)转基因鲭鳉鱼自由胚胎测试乳制品的总体生物雌激素活性水平为例,首次提出并阐述应用"有害结局路径(adverse outcome pathway,AOP)"思维来评估乳制品雌激素安全的理论和建议。The estrogen safety issue has been a change to the dairy industry for a long time. Estrogens in dairy products are generally classi- fied as endogenous and exogenous estrogens. Although there are controversial opinions concerning the safety impact of endogenous estro- gens. It is generally agreed that exogenous estrogens should be of more concerns. By using choriogenin H-green fluorescent protein (Ch- gH-GFP) transgenic medaka eleutheroembryo based total biological estrogenic activity test as an example this paper proposes and argues to apply the concept of "adverse outcome pathway (AOP)" to estrogen safety evaluation of dairy products.
