示错教学在实验教学中的作用——以肌内注射教学为例

摘　　要：目的:以肌内注射教学为例,探究示错教学在实验教学中的作用。方法:采用随机数字表随机抽取河北大学护理学院二年级护生40名为研究对象,将其分示错教学组和传统教学组。两组护生在练习前后,分别填写作业疲劳症状自评量表,并参加操作考试。结果:两组护生练习后的作业疲劳程度有统计学差异(t=-2.068,P<0.05),实验操作考核成绩无统计学差异(t=1.819,P>0.05)。结论:示错教学可以缓解护生课下练习阶段的疲劳感,但不能提高操作成绩。Objective：To explore the application of error teaching during intramuscular injection training. Methods： A total of 40 students from the Nursing College of Hebei University are randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The students filled out the fatigue symptom checklist before and after the training. Results： There were significant differences in the fatigue degree between the two groups after the training （ t = -2.068, P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in there practical practice（t = 1.819,P〉 0.05）. Conclusions Error teaching can ease the fatigue feeling of the nursing students, without improving the teaching effect.
