摘　　要：培养卓越医生是当前医学教育的主要任务。本文通过探讨医学生人文素质教育与培养卓越医生的关系,分析当前医学生人文素质教育的现状,总结加强医学生人文素质教育的方法,以求尽快适应临床医学教育改革需要,提高医学生综合素质,最终达到培养卓越医学人才的目标。Graduating excellent doctors is the key task for medical education. This paper looks into the relationship between humanistic education and excellent doctors and analyzes the current humanistic education for medical students. It summarizes the methods of humanistic education to meet the demands of revamping medical education and improving overall qualities of medical students and achieve the objective of graduating excellent doctors.
