关于临床实习面临的问题及教学改革的探讨

摘　　要：医学是一门实践性很强的学科,对医生的职业素养有严格的要求。实习是医学生从理论学习向临床实践过渡的重要阶段,在医学生的成长过程中具有举足轻重的地位。近年来,由于多方面原因造成医学生实习效果欠佳,可能会对其今后的职业生涯产生严重影响,因此,推动临床医学教学改革势在必行。笔者基于多年来的实习生教学经验,对当前临床实习过程中普遍存在的问题进行总结,并提出一系列解决方案,希望将来能够逐步提高临床医学生的实习质量。Medicine is a very practical subject,and it has a strict requirement for the doctors＇professionalism.Internship is an important stage for medical students in the transition from theoretical study to clinical practice,and it plays an important role in the growth of medical students.In recent years,due to various reasons,the effects of clinical practice internship are very poor,which may have a serious impact on their future career.Therefore,it is imperative to promote clinical teaching reform.Based on years of internship teaching experience,the author summarizes the problems in the current clinical practice and put forward a series of solutions,hoping to gradually improve the quality of clinical internship in the future.
