摘　　要：教育考试标准是在理论研究和考试实践的基础上,针对教育考试活动而制定的考试规范和技术规定,属于行业内技术型的指导性标准。制定中国教育考试标准是规范我国各类教育考试、提高教育考试整体水平的重要途径。中国教育考试标准研制宜着眼于政策性、行业性、前瞻性和国际性,应该包括对教育考试的总体要求和对考试各个环节的具体要求。中国教育考试标准研制必须遵循科学、规范的工作程序,科学筹划,稳步推进。The standard of educational testing refers to the test specifications and the technical principles developed to be applied to the educational testing activity based on the theoretical research and the testing practice. It is the technical guiding standard in this field. The setting-up of Chrnese standard for educational testing is an important approach to standardize the various educational tests in our country and to raise the overall level of educational tests. The development of standard should be focused on policy, industry and internationality, and should also include the general requirement of educational testing and the specific requirements for various links of testing.To develop the standard, it is necessary to follow the scientific and normative working procedures,make plans in a scientific way and make progress steadily.
