高职院校学生工作人性化管理探析

摘　　要：人性化管理模式已经成为当前社会一种重要管理模式,逐渐取代制度化管理,被广泛运用于企业的行政管理之中。在这个大背景下,高校的管理模式也深受其影响,高职院校人性化学生管理工作模式也在逐步取代学生管理工作的制度化模式。为使高职院校学生工作管理模式由传统的制度化模式向人性化管理成功转型,参考相关文献并结合实际工作积累的经验,提出人性化管理理念和人性化管理转型的途径,如树立以人为本观念及加强网络教育作用等。As an important management mode in the current society,humanized management is gradually replacing institutionalized management and widely applied to the administration of enterprises. Under this background,management mode in colleges and universities is also deeply influenced. humanized management of higher vocational students is gradually replacing institutionalized management. To realize successful transition from traditional institutionalized management to humanized management of higher vocational students,this paper combines related literature with practical work experience,puts forward humanized management concept and ways of humanized management transformation,such as establishing people-oriented concept and strengthening network education,etc.
