摘　　要：新生研讨课是现代大学教学改革的一个重要方面,如何调动学生在课堂上的积极性仍是目前面临的问题。文章结合新生研讨课的优势,瞄准研究型大学培养学生的目标,课题组利用在学术研究方面的最新成果与教学资源,聚合了一支国际化、学术与工业融合的教学团队,采取自主探索、分组演讲、相互提问和评分的课堂形式,探索了新生研讨课的新思路,并在教学实践中进行应用。实践表明,本课程有效提高了学生学习与研究的积极性,在培养学生自主探索、团队协作、批判性思考与创新能力方面发挥了有益效果。Freshmen seminar is an important aspect of education reform in current universities, while it is still a problem how to motivate the enthusiasm of students. This paper summarizes the advantage of freshmen seminar, aiming at the goal of cultivating stu- dents of research-oriented universities. And the research group uses the latest achievements in academic research and instructional resources and forms an international teaching group combining academic and industrial advantages. A new teaching form of au- tonomous exploration, breakout session, mutual questions and evaluation has been developed by our group; a new idea of freshmen seminar is explored and applied in teaching practice. It has been found that this course effectively improves the students＂ enthusiasm of learning and research and plays a beneficial effect in training students to do autonomous exploration, learning team collaboration, critical thinking and improving innovation abilities.
