现代学徒制在中国职业教育中的现状与前景

摘　　要：现代学徒制是中国特色职业教育体系建设中的重要组成部分,是推进职业教育改革的重要推手,是促进我国现代职业教育体系走向完善的重要举措。在现代学徒制下,我国产业界用工荒、职业院校毕业生就业难的问题也将不再难解。但是,要想真正发挥实效,就必须严肃对待,认真总结经验,完善配套措施,为国家经济转型以及产业技术升级提供有力支持。Modern apprenticeship is an important part of the construction of vocational education system with Chinese characteris- tics, is an important power to push the reform of professional education, and an important measure to promote the development of modem vocational education system. Under the modem apprenticeships, the problems such as labor shortage of our industry, low employment of vocational college students will not be difficult to solve. However, to make the apprenticeship truly effective, we must seriously sum up experience, improve supporting measures for countries with economies in transition, as well as upgrading of industrial technology to provide strong support.
