摘 要:目的观察以结构化问诊框架指导学生内科学问诊见习,对学生问诊效率及能力的影响。方法观察组1、2采取结构化问诊框架模式问诊,对照组采取传统内科问诊见习模式,比较3组的问诊成绩及病历书写成绩。结果观察组1、2学生的问诊能力成绩及病历书写成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05;2个观察组之间成绩比较,无显著差异,P>0.05。调查问卷显示91.1%的学生认为结构化问诊框架使临床问诊更简单有效,86.1%认为结构化问诊框架有效提高了问诊能力,82.3%认为结构化问诊框架有利于临床诊断思维的建立。结论以结构化框架模式问诊,学生的问诊能力及病历书写成绩确实有一定程度提高,结构化问诊框架让问诊见习更为简单易行,有利于临床诊断思维的建立。Objective To improve the students' efficiency and ability of inquiring by using structured inquiry framework.Methods The students in observation group one and observation group two were enrolled in the structured inquiry framework model,and the control group was given traditional medical inquiring internship model.The inquiring and medical writing achievements of three groups were compared.Results In the observation group one and observation group two,the students' inquiry ability,achievement and medical record writing achievement of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P 0.05,and there was not significantly different P 0.05.It showed that 91.1% of the students thought that the structured inquiry framework makes clinical inquiry more simple and effective,86.1% thought it can improve the self structured inquiry ability,82.3% thought it can help the establishment of clinical diagnosis thinking.Conclusion It showed that the inquiring and medical writing achievement of the students by using structured inquiry framework is improved than those by using the traditional training model to a certain extent,structured inquiry framework makes the clinical inquiry more simple,and it can help the establishment of clinical diagnosis thinking.
