摘　　要：在竞争日趋激烈的当今时代,更加需要精益求精、精雕细作的工匠精神。现代职业素养的要素和工匠精神所倡导的内容是一脉相承的,认识到这一点,有利于现代职业人职业素养的提升,也有利于古代工匠精神的传承和发扬。In today＇s increasingly competitive economy, there is a greater need for excellentcraftsmanship. The elements of modern professionalism and the content advocated by craftsman spiritis somewhat the same, recognizing this is conducive to the improvement of modern professionalism andthe inheritance and development of ancient artisans＇ spirit.
