摘  要:国务院《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》明确提出在未来高考的科目设置中,外语科目将提供两次考试机会。在这一背景下,本研究对高中英语教师和本科一年级学生对高考英语一年两考改革所持的态度进行了大规模全国性调查。通过数据分析发现:1)对高考英语一年两考改革持积极态度的受访者在两个群体中均占多数,但高中英语教师和本科一年级学生对这一政策可能带来的负面影响有着不同的关注和认识;2)教龄显著影响高中英语教师对这一改革的看法,就读院校档次显著影响本科一年级学生对这一政策的态度;3)来自不同省区的受访者对一年两考改革的看法存在差异。基于这些发现,提出了今后需要深入探究的若干问题。Suggestions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System, issued by the State Council, explicitly states that the National Matriculation English Test (NMET) will be held twice a year in the future. Against this background, this paper reports the results of a large-scale nationwide survey on the attitudes of senior high school English teachers and first-year undergraduate students toward this reform. The findings are: 1 ) those who favour the policy of holding NMET twice a year are in the majority in both groups, yet these two groups have different concerns and understandings of the negative influence the policy may entail; 2) the length of service significantly influences senior high school English teachers' attitudes toward this reform, while the prestige of their university significantly influences first-year undergraduate students' attitudes; 3) differences are found in the attitudes of respondents from different provincial areas. Further research issues are proposed to deepen our investigation into this policy in the future.
