摘　　要：瑞士现行的学徒制覆盖面很广,其学习模式独具风格。借鉴瑞士职业教育中的体系和机制,给予学徒制相对应的法律地位、增加职业培训中心或职业学校的学习、充分发挥行业协会和企业的作用、建立职业教育信息交流机制、开展职业指导与咨询是我国职业教育发展的有效路径。Current Switzerland apprenticeship system has a wide coverage and unique learning mode. Learning from the experi- ences of tis vocational education＇ s mechanism and system, we have put forward effective ways of vocational education development of China in following aspects： to give apprenticeship system corresponding legal status, to increase the further training opportunities in vo- cational training centers or vocational schools, to set up the mechanism for trade associations and enterprises to play their roles, to es- tablish vocational education information communication mechanism, and to carry out vocational guidance and consultation.
