摘　　要：＂心主血脉＂是中医脏象学说的一个重要理论,有效的指导着中医临床诊疗。人们在临证时往往从活血化瘀方面理解＂心主血脉＂,却忽视中医经典著作从阳气方面对＂心主血脉＂的论述,这限制了中医药的临床疗效。故该文从扶阳理论方面探讨这一命题,以充分发挥中医药的优势和特色。＂Heart dominating blood circulation and vessels＂is an important theory of TCM Zang-xiang theories,effectively guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Tended to be from promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the clinical aspects of understanding＂heart main veins＂,and ignore the classics of traditional Chinese medicine from the sun be the spirit of＂heart main veins＂,limiting the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore,this article discusses from the strengthening Yang-qi Theory,in order to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and characteristic.
