摘  要:自2012年,广东科贸职业学院启动中高职衔接试点,为完善广东现代农业职业教育体系发挥了重要作用。但从现代职教体系视域审视,其内在协调性有待提高。通过调查分析发现,课程、人才培养目标以及教学因素对中高职衔接影响显著。建议依托产学研用委员会,提高人才培养目标协调性;设定职业集群模块,提高课程协调性;搭建平台,增强教学协调性等措施提高中高职衔接的内在协调性。Since 2012, the pilot project of the joint vocational and Technical College of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade has been launched. But from the perspective of modem vocational education system, its internal coordination needs to be improved. Through the investigation and analysis, it is found that the curriculum, personnel training goals and teaching factors are the main factors affecting the cohesion of middle and higher vocational education, while the impact of institutional factors is not very significant. It is suggested that relying on the Committee to improve the coordination of personnel training objectives. It is suggested that setting up professional cluster modules to improve curriculum coordination. It is suggested that building a platform to enhance teaching coordination. These measures may improve the internal coordination in voca- tional convergence.
