摘  要:通过对高职院校大学生心理特点的分析,引出自制力的培养与高职院校实施大学生素质教育的重要关系:自制力的培养对于提高大学生的学习能力和自我认知能力,促进大学生的心理健康,增强大学生的人际关系处理能力和意志力都有很大的帮助。本文进一步对如何提高大学生的自制力进行方法探索,包括充分发挥心理健康教育课程的启迪作用,注重开展素质拓展训练,加强对学生干部组织的培养,建立大学生目标体系等。Through the analysis of psychological characteristics of college students in higher vocational colleges, this paper presents the important relationship between self-control training and competence-oriented education. The self-control training greatly helps college students to strengthen their learning ability and self-cognitive ability, to promote their mental health and to enhance their interpersonal skills and their willpower. This paper further explores how to improve the self-control of college students, including giving full play to the inspirational role of mental health educational courses, focusing on developing students' competence training, strengthening their training of leadership and establishing goals system of undergraduates.
