德国职业教育对构建我国现代职业教育“立交桥”的启示

摘　　要：现代职业教育要适应经济发展,必须"教育先行,人才先行"。借鉴德国的常规教育体系来反思我国现代职业教育的人才培养模式,分析我国现代职业教育存在的客观问题。现代职业教育应着力解决教育系统内外之间"立交桥"式的"纵向衔接"和"横向互通"的层次完善性以及个人可持续发展需求的多样性难题,实现"普通教育、职业教育、继续教育"三者之间的互通,为进一步建立现代职业教育模式奠定坚实的基础。In order to adapt to economic development, modem vocational education must be ＂education first, talent first＂. The paper analyzes the objective problems of the modem vocational education in China by reviewing the regular education system of Germany against the talent cultivation mode of modem vocational education in China. Modem vocational education should focus on solving the problems of ＂vertical integration＂ and ＂horizontal intercommunication＂ between the inside and outside of the education system, the diversification of individual sustainable development needs, and realize the inter-communication among general education, vocational education, and continuing education, which will lay a solid foundation to further establish a modem vocational education model.
