中高职会计专业培养目标接续现状及对策

摘　　要：会计工作的政策性、技术性特点,产业升级以及伴随产业升级的个人生存状态自由度,使会计人员终身学习成为必然。会计专业职业教育的中高职接续培养是实现终身学习的重要领域,而接续的重点是人才培养目标的接续。基于此,分析中职、高职会计专业的人才培养目标及衔接性,提出精准细化人才培养目标层级、接续中高职人才培养目标及教育与职业资格技术的对策建议。The policy and technique characteristics of accounting work, industrial upgrading and the freedom of individual living conditions accompanying industrial upgrading make the lifelong learning of accounting personnel inevitable. The secondary-higher vocational training is an important area to realize lifelong learning, and the key to the connection is to connect the talent training goal. The paper analyzes the talent training goal and connection of accounting major in secondary-higher vocational colleges, and proposes the precise talent training goal hierarchy, and connecting the training goal of secondary-higher vocational talents, education and professional qualifications technology.
