摘　　要：基于青年社会性发展理论,从同辈群体对个体社会性发展产生影响的角度,研究同辈群体交流的重要渠道——社团活动对大学生社会性发展的影响,并将社会性发展分为道德认知、政治态度、角色适应和个性发展。通过问卷调查和数据分析发现,大学生参加社团活动正向影响其社会性发展水平,参加社团活动的次数、持续参加社团活动年限、参加社团的种类和与社团成员交往次数对大学生社会性发展4个维度均产生不同程度的正向影响。最后从大学生个体、指导教师、高校支持3方面提出促进大学生社会性发展的建议。Based on the adolescent social development theory,this paper looks at how peer groups influence individual social development by examining the influence of student societies,an important channel for peer group communication,on undergraduate students＇ social development,which is categorized into moral cognition,political attitude,role adaptation and personality development.The results of our survey and data analysis demonstrate that participation in student society activities have a positive impact on students＇ social development.The frequency and the length of their participation,the kind of societies they join and the interaction they have with other members positively impact the students＇ social development to varying degrees.To enhance students＇ social development,proposals are given from the perspective of individual students,supervisors and university student services.
