应用型本科院校大学生“工匠精神”培育的现实审视及其路径——基于对广东省五所高校的实证调查

摘　　要："工匠精神"培育是应用型本科大学生思想政治教育与专业教育的重要组成部分。从概念认知度、情感认同度及培育重视度三个层面展开现状调查,指出应用型本科大学生工匠精神培育存在一些如思想认知不到位、培育内容缺乏针对性、培育方式较为单一等问题,提出充分发挥应用型本科高校的主导作用,在明晰培育思路、丰富培育内容、探究培育路径入手,构建工匠精神培育路径,为增强应用型本科院校大学生思想政治教育实效性,提升应用型本科人才培养质量提供参考。The cultivation of craftsman spirit is an important part of ideological and political education and professional education in application-oriented universities. A survey is done among university students from three aspects including concept cognition, emotional identity and degree of attention to cultivation of craftsman spirit. Issues are concluded in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in application-oriented universities, such as inadequate cognitive awareness, lack of specific content and variety of methods of cultivating craftsman spirit. Suggestions are put forward as follows： Universities should play their leading role in cultivating craftsman spirit by clarifying the plan, enriching the content and exploring good strategies. In this way, the efforts provide implications for effective ideological and political education and for improving the quality of talents in application-oriented university.
