摘　　要：成仿吾是我国著名教育家。其高校思想政治教育理论和主张包括思想政治教育队伍是无产阶级的理论战士,思想政治教育是教育工作的生命线,高校思想政治教育工作应以马克思主义理论为基础、与时俱进等。对成仿吾的高校思想政治教育理论和实践加以分析,有助于进一步加以了解其教育思想。Cheng Fangwu's college ideological and political education theory includes as follow: the team of ideological and political education is the theory of soldiers, ideological and political education is the lifeline of education, ideological and political education should be based on the Marx theory, and to keep pace with the times. The analysis of Cheng Fangwu's college ideological and political education theory and practice is helpful to further understand its ideological education.
