摘  要:随着医学研究生教学改革的推进,专业学位研究生作为研究生和规培生双重身份,需要完成学位课程和研究论文,同时要完成规范化培训的理论和实践课程学习任务,并通过相应考核方能达到四证合一。如何在三年时间完成相关的培养计划并达到培养要求,需要进行探索研究。本研究以能力为导向进行了专业学位研究生口腔全科规培教学模式的探索,提出了包括集中讲授、病例汇报、小组讨论、分层教学和临床PBL的进阶式多元化的综合教学模式,为研究生规培提供了合理可行的思路。With the developing of teaching reform, the graduated student has transformed from to not only a student, but also an oral standardized training resident. The students need to accomplish the program of Master degree, together with the standardized training during the study. However, how to conduct the training to improve the clinical ability for oral resident remains uncertain up to date now. The writers tried to explore some new teaching modes for the resident of general dentistry, by means of the competency-oriented training. In current study, the researches proposed a pluralistic teaching mode for oral residents, which integrated with the traditional unified teaching, Case-based Learning, group learning, stratified teaching and clinical Problem-based Learning. The results suggest the pluralistic teaching mode may have potential application in enhancing the ability of clinical practice and clinical thinking for oral standardized training.
