摘 要:针对工业过程中的串级控制系统,提出一种具有实际可操作性的闭环频域建模方法。该法通过对系统的输入输出数据的分析,获得主、副对象的频率响应特性,在其重要频域内,辨识出系统的2个串联的含有稳定极点的二阶加时滞模型。根据该建模方法,给出一种基于内模控制的PID参数整定方法。最后,在西门子过程控制半实物平台上,我们对工业过程中的非线性、高阶时滞对象~自然循环锅炉的过热蒸汽出口温度一烟气含氧量串级控制系统进行模型辨识,并整定控制器参数。扰动测试的结果表明。构建的串级系统模型拟合度较高,整定出的控制器具有较好的跟踪和抗干扰能力。This paper proposes a practical and workable closed-loop modeling identification technique for the cascade control system of the industrial process. This technique obtains the frequency response characteristics of the main and secondary objects by analyzing the input and output data of the system, it also identifies the cascade second-order model with stable poles and time-delay of the system. Besides, it presents a PID tuning method based on the IMC method. At last, the outlet temperature and flue gas oxygen content cascade control system, a nonlinear and high-order object with time-delay, is identified and its PID controller parameters are tuned by the methods proposed in this paper. The result of the disturbance test on the SIMATIC process control platform shows that the cascade control system that has been established has a high fitting degree, and the controllers that has been tuned have a good tracking and anti-interference ability.
