摘　　要：随着"大众创业,万众创新"的推进,国家与社会也越来越重视创新精神和大学生创业能力的培养。因而"双创"背景环境下,为适应和满足社会形势的发展需求,高职院校图书馆的建设与发展应不断保持与时俱进,通过强化管理人员知识结构与业务素质,促进发挥图书馆的社会效能。文章从简要概述"双创"入手,分析"双创"为高职院校图书馆发展带来的挑战,明确指出高职院校图书馆的发展走向,并就如何实现高职院校图书馆的多元化发展提出相应的措施,最终为社会发展提供新的服务模式。With the ＂public entrepreneurship, innovation＂, the state and society are also paying more and more attention to the spirit of innovation and the cultivation of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability.
