地方农业院校提高本科教学质量需处理好的若干关系

摘　　要：地方农业院校是我国高等院校的重要组成部分,是服务地方现代农业和经济社会发展的一支重要力量,为培养农业人才、产生农业成果、服务农村经济社会发展提供智力支持与人才支撑。文章指出,提高本科教学质量是一项系统工作,地方农业院校提高本科教学质量要重点处理好规模、结构、质量、效益的关系,培养目标与培养方案的关系,传统专业与新办专业的关系,本科教学与科学研究的关系,理论教学与实践教学的关系,传统教学方法与现代教学方法的关系。Local agricultural universities are not only the main base of cultivating agricultural talents in our country,but also the source of producing and disseminating advanced agricultural technologies. As an important part of higher education,local agricultural universities not only have the general property of higher education,but also have their special property. Improving the quality of undergraduate teaching is a piece of systematic work,which is the effective management of elements and links of undergraduate teaching. To provide forceful guarantee for improving undergraduate teaching,the following relationships should be well handled: relationships among scale,structure,quality,and benefits; relationships between cultivating objective and program; relationships between traditional and new majors; relationships between undergraduate teaching and scientific research;relationships between theoretical and practical teaching; and relationships between traditional and modern teaching methods.
